My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was pleasant and the restaurant/bar staff were lovely, the hotel failed to accommodate my request for a ground floor room due to my mum's breathing difficulties, leading to a distressing emergency that landed her in the hospital. The initial room was subpar, and despite eventually being moved to a slightly better one, it fell short of a 5-star experience. The hotel's lack of flexibility added to the challenges we faced during our stay.
The hotel has a fantastic location near the beach and plenty of restaurants. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable, need some updating. The service was attentive and helpful, especially with our specific needs. The location offers a mix of activities and relaxation, but some noise disturbances were noted. The dining options, though varied, had temperature issues with the food. Overall, the facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
Our experience at this hotel was quite challenging, especially for my mum with breathing difficulties. Despite the helpfulness of some staff members, the room situation was a major letdown, impacting our entire stay. The hotel's handling of the circumstances was inadequate, leading to a significantly less enjoyable holiday.
